I am both a researcher and passionate educator in the fields of business ethics and leadership, committed to uncovering the complexities in these longstanding academic literatures. I apply a variety of methodologies, including archival research, longitudinal studies, multi-wave correlational analyses, and experimental designs to understand how individuals' behavioral histories and social contexts influence both helpful and harmful behaviors in organizational settings. Through my research and teaching, I aim to deepen understanding and foster critical thinking on the ethical dynamics of leadership and workplace behaviors.
